Elmwood Place home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Elmwood Place rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 150% increase over the $26,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Elmwood Place in the third quarter of 2017.
