North College Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in North College Hill fell by $4,150 while total sales increased by 103.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,300 - a 5.4% decrease over the $76,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in North College Hill in the third quarter of 2017.
