Woodlawn home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $3,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,950 - a 4.6% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodlawn in the third quarter of 2017.
