Golf Manor home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Golf Manor fell by $7,250 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,750 - a 7.3% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Golf Manor in the third quarter of 2017.
