Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 20.2% decrease over the $111,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the third quarter of 2017.
