Norwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Norwood fell by $38 while total sales increased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,950 - a 0% decrease over the $114,988 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Norwood in the third quarter of 2017.
