St. Bernard home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in St. Bernard rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,500 - a 196.4% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in St. Bernard in the third quarter of 2017.
