Forest Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Forest Park rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Forest Park in the third quarter of 2017.
