Bridgetown home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bridgetown rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,250 - a 10.9% increase over the $116,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Bridgetown in the third quarter of 2017.
