Reading home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Reading rose by $11,950 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $126,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Reading in the third quarter of 2017.
