White Oak home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in White Oak rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $128,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in White Oak in the third quarter of 2017.
