Covedale home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Covedale rose by $18,550 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $121,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Covedale in the third quarter of 2017.
