Colerain Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Colerain Township fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,750 - a 1.5% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Colerain Township in the third quarter of 2017.
