Dent home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Dent fell by $19,500 while total sales increased by 27.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 11.7% decrease over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Dent in the third quarter of 2017.
