Pleasant Run home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Run rose by $35,700 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 31.2% increase over the $114,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the third quarter of 2017.
