Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Loveland in the third quarter of 2017.
