Harrison home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Harrison rose by $23,550 while total sales increased by 41.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $144,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Harrison in the third quarter of 2017.
