Fairfax home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Fairfax rose by $34,150 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,250 - a 25.5% increase over the $134,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairfax in the third quarter of 2017.
