Sycamore Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Sycamore Township rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 67.3% increase over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the third quarter of 2017.
