Anderson Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $8,250 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 180 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,250 - a 3.8% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 175 homes sold in Anderson Township in the third quarter of 2017.
