Kenwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Kenwood fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Kenwood in the third quarter of 2017.
