Wyoming home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Wyoming rose by $17,800 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,800 - a 6.3% increase over the $284,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Wyoming in the third quarter of 2017.
