Montgomery home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Montgomery rose by $42,100 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $389,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Montgomery in the third quarter of 2017.
