Amberley Village home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Amberley Village rose by $80,918 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,918 - a 30% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Amberley Village in the third quarter of 2017.
