Mariemont home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Mariemont rose by $129,250 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,250 - a 39% increase over the $331,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mariemont in the third quarter of 2017.
