Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Heights rose by $8,765 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,625 - a 46.5% increase over the $18,860 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second quarter of 2017.
