Indian Hill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $885,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Indian Hill in the third quarter of 2017.
