Elmwood Place home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Elmwood Place fell by $5,315 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,685 - a 15.6% decrease over the $34,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Elmwood Place in the second quarter of 2017.
