St. Bernard home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in St. Bernard fell by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 45.9% decrease over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second quarter of 2017.
