Golf Manor home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Golf Manor rose by $2,250 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $64,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Golf Manor in the second quarter of 2017.
