North College Hill home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in North College Hill rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 29.6% increase over the $61,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in North College Hill in the second quarter of 2017.
