Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $7,600 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $109,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the second quarter of 2017.
