White Oak home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in White Oak fell by $3,250 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,750 - a 2.6% decrease over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in White Oak in the second quarter of 2017.
