Northgate home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Northgate fell by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 10.5% decrease over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Northgate in the second quarter of 2017.
