Finneytown home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Finneytown rose by $24,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 25% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Finneytown in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
