Reading home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Reading fell by $5,881 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,569 - a 4.6% decrease over the $127,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Reading in the second quarter of 2017.
