Bridgetown home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Bridgetown rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 8.8% increase over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second quarter of 2017.
