Silverton home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Silverton fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,250 - a 5.5% decrease over the $139,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Silverton in the second quarter of 2017.
