Cincinnati home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 1,211 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 11.8% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,220 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second quarter of 2017.
