White Oak East home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in White Oak East rose by $26,700 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,700 - a 23.2% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in White Oak East in the second quarter of 2017.
