Pleasant Run Farm home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Run Farm rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the second quarter of 2017.
