Sharonville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Sharonville fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 7.8% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Sharonville in the second quarter of 2017.
