Sycamore Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Sycamore Township rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the second quarter of 2017.
