Harrison home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Harrison rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Harrison in the second quarter of 2017.
