Mack North home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Mack North rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 142.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mack North in the second quarter of 2017.
