Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,500 - a 29.4% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Loveland in the second quarter of 2017.
