Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Monfort Heights South rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 30.9% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second quarter of 2017.
