Dillonvale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Dillonvale fell by $300 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,700 - a 0.2% decrease over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Dillonvale in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
