Evendale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Evendale fell by $76,250 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 26.2% decrease over the $291,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Evendale in the second quarter of 2017.
