North Bend home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in North Bend fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in North Bend in the second quarter of 2017.
